Since autumn 2014, you don’t have to pay tuition fees to study in Finland, whichever level of study you have and whether you are a foreigner or not. Nonetheless, the situation could change in the following years, due to talks and negotiations within the Finnish Government on whether non EU/EEA students should be charged or not.
You might however have to pay for school materials.
